Property Access
- Bald Head Island is only accessible by boat or ferry. Vehicles are not permitted; you will leave your vehicle behind and use the golf carts provided at the home.
- Timbercreek Neighborhood Community saltwater pool (seasonal).
- Boardwalk and dock are close by for water access (fishing, crabbing, kayaking, bird watching).
Policies and Rules
- No smoking or vaping allowed at this property.
- No events or parties allowed. If a party or event takes place, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund. A $500 fee will be charged if a party is determined to have occurred.
- No uninvited guests without permission.
- No grilling allowed at this property.
- Maximum occupancy: 8 occupants. Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and sleeping in a crib.
- Minimum age for primary renter: 25 years. The booking guest must be at least 25 and occupy the property during the entire tenancy.
- Children allowed.
- Tenant and guests are responsible for complying with all rules and are not exempt from citations received while staying at the property.
Pet Policy
- Dog-friendly home. A non-refundable pet fee of $250 will be added if you bring a dog. Only one dog is allowed. (Note: Property data lists maxPets as 99, but policy restricts to 1 dog.)

- Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Limited Damage Waiver Fee.
- Bald Head Island Club Temporary Golf Memberships are available for purchase. Fees vary by season. No refunds or discounts are provided if club membership is restricted or denied.
