Property Access

  • Bald Head Island is only accessible by boat or ferry. Vehicles are not permitted; you will leave your vehicle behind and use the golf carts provided at the home.
  • Timbercreek Neighborhood Community saltwater pool (seasonal).
  • Boardwalk and dock are close by for water access (fishing, crabbing, kayaking, bird watching).

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking or vaping allowed at this property.
  • No events or parties allowed. If a party or event takes place, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund. A $500 fee will be charged if a party is determined to have occurred.
  • No uninvited guests without permission.
  • No grilling allowed at this property.
  • Maximum occupancy: 8 occupants. Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and sleeping in a crib.
  • Minimum age for primary renter: 25 years. The booking guest must be at least 25 and occupy the property during the entire tenancy.
  • Children allowed.
  • Tenant and guests are responsible for complying with all rules and are not exempt from citations received while staying at the property.

Pet Policy

  • Dog-friendly home. A non-refundable pet fee of $250 will be added if you bring a dog. Only one dog is allowed. (Note: Property data lists maxPets as 99, but policy restricts to 1 dog.)

  • Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Limited Damage Waiver Fee.
  • Bald Head Island Club Temporary Golf Memberships are available for purchase. Fees vary by season. No refunds or discounts are provided if club membership is restricted or denied.
